Key duties and responsibilities for the Team Secretary – Legal job:
- Diary management
- Audio and copy typing
- Booking travel
- Email management
- Booking meeting
- Monthly billing and reporting
- Accurate record keeping
Key skills required of the Team Secretary – Legal job:
- Previous experience working as an administrator or secretary within a legal or professional services environment
- Able to work on own initiative
- Confident, presentable and articulate
