A new job has arisen to join a thriving law firm within their document production team. This role will suit someone who is highly experienced in document production within a legal environment. An exciting opportunity to work in a brilliant firm.

 

Key duties:

 

  • Coordinating departmental workflow
  • Creating, editing and manipulating legal documents
  • Clarifying instructions from Fee Earners
  • Arranging deadlines and projects
  • Recording work on the Firms timekeeping system
  • Completing advanced level projects in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proofreading documents
  • Dealing with escalated enquiries

 

Key skills:

 

  • A proven track record of legal document production
  • Able to demonstrate problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Able to identify correct legal format and terminology
