Secretary – Litigation

  • Undertake the end to end file management process, managing manual/electronic filing and archiving.
  • Strong organisational skills, providing all relevant information for meetings both internal and external
  • Acting as liaison point for clients and colleagues
  • Proactive follow up on business development activities, e.g. drafting letters, arrange follow up meetings/diarising reminders
  • Delivering excellent service to our clients at all times
  • Resolving internal/external financial queries, dealing with incoming and outgoing monies
  • Create, amend and circulate financial reports for key clients.
  • Supporting with smaller cases in litigation and recovery solution

 

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of providing legal secretarial support to legal advisers
  • Experience of arranging travel would be useful, but not essential
  • Experience of working within a pressurised environment is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems
