£8.00 – £9.00 per hour 


Our client is currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist.    You will be responsible for covering the main Reception area and providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff.  Working 9.30 – 2.30 Monday – Friday and duties will include;

  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Ensuring the office looks professional at all times
  • Answer calls via a busy switchboard
  • The role involves managing the meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments as required for meetings
  • Answering the telephone or liaising face to face with customers, employees or deliveries
  • Ordering and maintain the stationery
  • Input and update spreadsheets
  • You will also be required to communicate with the management team whenever required.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills
  • Responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including special delivery
  • Provide general admin support including typing, filing and ad hoc duties will be required

We are ideally looking for someone with previous reception experience with the ability to work as part of a busy team.  You must be smart and well presented with an excellent telephone manner and a professional approach.  The role is to start immediately.
