A new job has arisen for an experienced Secretarial Team Manger to join a well-respected, international law firm.  This is an exciting job for someone looking to work in a people management role. Responsible for 13 direct reports and their wider teams, you will have previous legal experience and able to deliver an effective support service to all locations


Key duties and responsibilities for the Secretarial Team Manager Job:


  • Managing a team
  • Setting objectives, 121s, appraisals, training
  • Recruitment of PA’s and Administrator’s
  • Promoting best practices in the workplace
  • Reviewing management information
  • Being the main point of contact for escalations
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times


Key skills required or the Secretarial Team Manager Job:


  • Experience in a law firm
  • Previous people management experience
  • Excellent coordination and delegation skills
  • Happy working in a fast paced environment
