Our client is an established law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Residential team at their Wigan office


The successful Legal Secretary will have previous experience within a residential property or conveyancing team and you will have working knowledge of residential conveyancing transactions.


Key responsibilities:


  • Liaising with clients face to face and over the hone in a professional manner
  • Digital dictation
  • Updating case management system
  • Processing SDLT forms
  • Liaising with Land Registry



  • Previous administration or secretarial experience gained within a conveyancing environment
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and work to deadlines
  • Competent MS Office IT abilities
  • Confident, articulate and able to communicate at all levels
