A successful Bolton based law firm has a new job available for an experienced RTA Portal Manager to run the whole RTA department. Responsible for leading and motivating a team of 12.

Key duties and responsibilities for the RTA Portal Manager job:

• Driving and motivating the team each day
• Liaising with senior Stakeholders
• 121s and appraisals
• Reviewing and auditing files
• Ensuring the team hits their targets

Key skills required of the RTA Portal Manager job:

• Previous experience working in an RTA environment as a people manager
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team and lead from the front
• Track record of helping a team meet goals, deadlines and targets
• Able to identify areas of improvement
