I am currently working with a rapidly growing business partnering with some of the UK’s most prestigious construction and design projects. They are looking for a motivated and driven project manager to work on various projects within the UK and occasionally overseas to maintain, build and develop the business portfolio.

Job Requirements

 

• Maintain our excellent internal & client relationships.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the Client’s satisfaction.
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Assist in market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop detailed business plans for new opportunities alongside the CDO.
• Expand business plans to identify funding and resource requirements.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and
• Maintain accurate records throughout the duration of projects.
• Ensure all works completed to the highest of standards.
• Ensure accurate records are kept of all projects works, snags, damage etc to protect

 

Job skills required

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build and grow professional relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate reporting of data
• Knowledge of construction or interior design projects is desirable but not essential
• Proficient in excel
• Ability to understand technical drawings and CAD systems
