A new job has arisen to join an established law firm working as an Office Administrator for the New Enquiries Team. The job is based in their open plan office in Trafford, easy to get to by public transport.  The company genuinely care about the wellbeing of their staff and actively encourage training, development and progression. Over time you could become a qualified Solicitor even if you don’t have a law degree!


Key duties and responsibilities for the Office Administrator job:


  • Dealing with new client enquires
  • Building relationships
  • Fact finding
  • Offering additional products free of charge
  • Resolving queries
  • Sending out paperwork
  • Chasing documents
  • Liaising with Solicitors
  • Data entry
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing


Key skills required of the Office Administrator job:


  • Previous experience within an office environment
  • A positive, confident and proactive attitude
  • The desire to learn and development
  • Customer focused
