My client is looking for an Office Assistant to help with the daily running of the office. You will be working across the whole team which incorporates the owner and multiple legal executives.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Scanning
  • Faxing
  • Filing
  • Arching
  • Post maintenance in the office
  • Dealing with the couriers
  • Doing the bank run
  • Taking documents to the courts
  • Assisting the Practice Manager with errands
  • Daily administrative duties
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Setting up the meeting rooms
  • Dealing with stock take – refreshments, stationary etc…
  • Taking initial instruction from new clients calling into the office regarding new claims.

Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm

Friday 9am – 5pm

1 hour for lunch

Plus other benefits

Salary is dependent on experience £14,500 – £15,000
