New role
A new job has arisen to join a progressive and forward-thinking law firm in South Manchester. This law firm prides themselves on developing the careers of their employees, many of whom have undertaken additional training and qualifications. This is a hybrid role, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and handling social media posts.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting an established employment and marketing team
- Responding to the new client enquiries on the telephone
- Making outbound calls to potential clients
- Converting leads
- Creating social media posts to attract new clients
- Customer service
Key skills:
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal or in a phone-based role
- Experience of working with social media
- Excellent telephone manner
- Customer-focused
