Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Dealing with new client enquires
  • Building relationships
  • Fact finding
  • Resolving queries
  • Sending out paperwork
  • Chasing documents
  • Liaising with Solicitors
  • Data entry
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing

Key skills:

  • Previous experience within an office or customer focused environment or a law degree
  • A positive, confident and proactive attitude
  • The desire to learn and development
  • Customer focused
