An innovative and progressive Manchester City Centre law firm are looking to recruit a Litigation Secretary to cover a 12 month maternity contract.
- Typing correspondence, letters, reports and other documents
- Managing diary and emails
- Dealing with clients
- Maintenance of client files
- Answer incoming phone calls
- General administration
- Experience within a similar litigation secretarial role is essential
- Able to commit to a 12 month contract
- Able to remain calm in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
