An innovative and progressive Manchester City Centre law firm are looking to recruit a Litigation Secretary to join their Insolvency team. The company operate with a very close-knit, friendly and flexible approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Typing correspondence, letters, reports and other documents
  • Managing diary and emails
  • Dealing with clients
  • Maintenance of client files
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • General administration

Key skills:

  • Experience within a similar litigation secretarial role is essential
  • Able to remain calm in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
