My client are a top 30 law firm who deliver a comprehensive range of legal services to their network of clients across the globe. With offices in four continents they employ over 2,000 people.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution team to provide an excellent standard of secretarial support to a team of Fee Earners.
The team provides advice on a wide range of business disputes and court proceedings. Experience of producing accurate work within tight timeframes is paramount. You will be working in a supportive team environment but will also need the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities:
•Preparing documents and correspondence using digital dictation
•Assisting with the accounts and billings
•Producing client reports
•Creating new case files
•Dealing with client queries
•Diary management
•Booking meetings and travel
•Assisting with client events
Key skills:
•Experience within a legal secretarial role
•Good MS office IT skills
•Attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
•A collaborative, flexible approach
You will be working Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm and rewarded with up to 30 days holiday (based on service) + statutory bank holidays, pension, childcare vouchers, season ticket loan, BUPA.
