A new job has arisen to join a multi-disciplined law firm based in Macclesfield as a Legal Secretary within the multi-track PI team.

 

Key duties and responsibilities for the Legal Secretary – Personal/ Serious Injury job:

 

  • Providing administrative support to a team of Solicitors
  • Answering telephones in a professional manner
  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings and travel
  • Document production of letters, lease and contracts
  • Updating internal CRM database
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Undertaking any associated administrative duties as required

 

Key skills required of the Legal Secretary – Personal/ Serious Injury job:

 

  • Previous legal secretarial experience within multi-track or fast track Personal/Serious Injury
  • Competent MS Office IT abilities
  • Confident, articulate and able to communicate at all levels

 

Benefits package include: Discretionary bonus, Pension, 29 days holiday inclusive of bank holiday, birthday day off, death in service

 

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
