My client is a multi-disciplined law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join the wills & probate team. You will be working alongside two other Secretaries, supporting multiple Partners and Senior Associates with all secretarial and administration duties.
- Supporting the Wills & Probate team
- Digital dictation
- Document production
- Binding documents
- Answering the telephone
- Liaising with clients and internal departments
- Opening and closing files
- Experience within a legal secretary role is essential, ideally in a private client role
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
