My client is looking to take on a Sales Progressor/Coordinator for their Office based in the North West. This firm specialise in advising of purchase buy to let properties UK wide for the vendor.
The successful person will be responsible for liaising with the investors and advising them on the process to complete their transaction from inception through to completion. This role would be suited to someone who knows the Conveyancing process.
Liaise with the panel solicitors and brokers on a daily basis to ensure completions go through as smoothly as possible.
Track all Purchases and Sales and be up to date with the pipeline
Report weekly to the Directors on the progress of files.
Manage the case load from inception through to completion and advise the client accordingly.
Carry out research regarding projects and present your findings in management meetings.
Plus other extra duties which will be discussed at interview.
There is a large element of legal work that will need to be progressed internally via the panel of solicitors.
This role would suit a Paralegal or Qualified Solicitor looking to get out of the day to day running of the legal side of their career.
Conveyancing experience is a must
A knowledge of mortgages would be advantageous
Confident and efficient
