12 month fixed term contract

Part time hours: 21 or 28 hours per week

An exciting new role has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an award winning law firm. Responsible for the HR function in their Manchester & Liverpool office, you will have the support of the wider national HR team

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing HR advice and support across two office locations
  • Coaching and offering line managers advice on HR related issues
  • Problem and dispute resolution
  • Highlighting risks and issues
  • Identifying trends and themes
  • Monitoring and reviewing HR policies

Key skills:

  • Experience in a similar role, a CIPD qualification would be desirable
  • A good understanding of UK employment law
  • Any industry will be considered, legal experience would be an advantage
  • A range of human resources management experience
