An e-commerce organisation with an online presence is currently looking to recruit an additional person to join their established HR team. The role has become available due to expansion and you will be responsible for providing proactive HR support to a diverse workforce.
- Handling escalated issues
- Data analysis & insight gathering
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Project work
- Making improvements to HR procedures
- Experience within a similar HR Business Partner / Advisor role
- CIPD qualification would be a distinct advantage
- Proactive, resilient, excellent communicator
- A people focussed approach
