Key duties and responsibilities for the Global Reception Manager job:
- Leading and managing a team of 8 Reception staff
- Ensuring a first class and efficient service globally at all times
- Conducting appraisals, delegating tasks and organising rotas
- Developing stakeholder relationships
Key skills required of the Global Reception Manager job:
- Previous supervisory/management experience gained within a professional services or hospitality environment
- The ability to lead by example
- Confident, articulate and able to communicate at all levels
