A new job has become available to join their Bristol office as a Facilities Assistant.   In this job you will be providing a range of administrative and facilities-based services.

 

Job description for Facilities Assistant

 

  • Front of house & hospitality duties
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Ordering stationery
  • Postal services
  • Liaising with outsourced vendors and suppliers
  • Logging maintenance issues
  • Ensuring compliance of health & safety processes

 

Job skills required for Facilities Assistant

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • You will be motivated, organised with good attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to commute to the Bristol office
