A new job has arisen to join a professional Manchester City Centre based company to assist on an important project for 6 months. You will be highly motivated, diligent and confident in your approach.
- Maintaining a large volume of compliance records
- Updating administration systems
- Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
- Providing admin support to Fee Earners
- Booking meetings
- Producing correspondence
- Arranging travel
- Previous office based administration experience within a professional services environment
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Confident, flexible and able to use own initiative
- Able to commit for the 6 month duration
