An award-winning firm are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Altrincham office. This is the perfect role for someone looking for a role outside of the city Centre, who wants to experience genuine flexibility and a work/life balance.  The team is highly collaborative with continuous training and development available. Many of the senior team, joined the firm as Trainees. No targets, but the ideal achievement is 5 billable hours per day.
Key responsibilities:
• Working in a team of 5, specialising in the sale and purchase of commercial properties
• Responding to client’s urgent requests
• Providing advice and managing client expectations
• Converting enquiries into new matters
• Supporting with marketing, networking and business development
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the firm’s policies and procedures
Key skills:
• You will be a qualified solicitor 0 – 5 years’ PQE
• Have the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
• Be adaptable, possess excellent attention to detail and a strong communicator

Hours: 37.5 per week flexible
