My client are an International Law Firm who are specialists in their field looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team in Leeds City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names.
The ideal candidate will have previous Administration experience, ideally from a Legal or Professional Services environment. This job requires high standards of accuracy and high levels of attention to detail.
As an Office Administrator your duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating the electronic filing system
- Posting of all letters including official documents
- Opening, logging and distributing post
- Preparing documents and bundles for posting
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- General ad hoc Administration duties
As an Office Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous Office experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Highly competent on Microsoft Office
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
