Our client are a top tier law firm in Manchester City Centre. An exciting role has opened up within their administration department due to expansion.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience who is looking to grow and develop their career with a successful and rewarding company.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Providing administrative support to a various teams
  • Providing document management support to Legal PA’s
  • Creating and archiving files
  • Working to deadlines
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing and binding documents

 

Skills:

  • Previous administration experience gained within a professional environment
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and work to deadlines
  • Competent MS Office IT abilities
  • Confident, articulate and able to communicate at all levels
