Our client is a fantastic growing business that is becoming a pioneer in it’s industry. The role is based in Manchester City Centre, offering a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a largely successful business.

The main duties of the job will include:

  • A high standard of customer support to external customers.
  • Assist customers on their journey throughout the use of the app.
  • Deal with any customer queries from start to finish.
  • Analyse the process to come up with ideas to improve the process and customer experience.
  • Inbound and outbound support to solve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, keeping them in the loop of problems and solutions.

The key skills required for the job include:

  • 2+ years customer service experience.
  • IT/app experience advantageous but not required.
  • Confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
