Excellent opportunity to join this expanding business who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy team.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate to support with administrative duties of the business.

The duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to business functions
  • Act as first point of contact for clients over the phone
  • Liaising with off-site consultants
  • Contacting clients and customers for support
  • Extensive use of excel to track business activity
  • Produce and formatting reports and documents in Word
  • Import and Export Data using Excel and bespoke system
  • Scheduling daily appointments for consultants
  • Co-ordinating diaries and busy workloads
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • General ad hoc responsibilities within the business

The ideal candidate will need to have

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good communication skills and excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Superb time management
