My client are an international manufacturing business who are looking for a Logistics Administrator to work in their brand new offices in Leeds. In order to be considered for this position you MUST have proficient knowledge of SAP.

 

As a Purchasing Administrator your duties will include:

  • Processing orders for suppliers
  • Issuing PO numbers for suppliers
  • Receive and action all client queries
  • Ensure all data is accurately inputted
  • Liaise internally with various departments as well as externally with suppliers
  • Reconcile invoices when required

As a Purchasing Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP is essential
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
