THIS IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS
I am currently recruiting for an International communications business in the south of Manchester. They are looking to recruit an Invoice Administrator to join their established team. If you have experience within invoicing then this could be an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the invoice process on the company in-house system
- Produce Reports and Analysis both internally and for external purpose
- Analyses KPI’s and MI in order to make efficiencies
- Process invoices monthly
- Influence reports to create information for management and accurately compile data.
- Ensure a compliant approach at all times
- Work collaboratively within the team, helping others where necessary
- Using excel on a day to day basis
The role will suit enthusiastic and personable candidates with previous invoicing based experience. If you are competent with excel this will be beneficial and all system elements will be training.
Salary for the position is between £20,000 – £22,000 based on experience.
