My client are an award winning professional services firm with offices throughout the UK and internationally. Due to growth within the company they are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to manage a team of 10 within their Cash Management Team.

This an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Team Leader or Finance Manager to join a prestigious company with excellent opportunity for growth and progression.

Duties for the Finance Manager position Include:

  • Daily management of a team of 10 staff within the Cash Management Team
  • Managing the day to day relationships with company stakeholders
  • Ensuring all process are in line with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
  • Ensure the quality of receipt and reconciliation processes are adhered to
  • Manage relationships with the companies treasury team
  • Make sure all escalations are managed and delegated effectively so avoid any SLA breaches
  • Provide reports, data and audits to Senior Managers

Personal Specification for a Finance Manager:

  • Must have experience within a professional services environment
  • Experience with international payments will be an advantage
  • Experience in managing a transactional based accounts team
  • Experience working to deadlines, stakeholder management and quality service
  • Experience working within cash management
  • Ideally you will be a qualified accountant, however this is not a necessity
  • Experience working in a Law firm is preferable
