I am currently recruiting for an exciting and ambitious Travel Management Company based in Manchester. They are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator, ideally someone who is bright, proactive and has experience of reconciling payments in a high volume environment.


Key Responsibilities:


This role sits within the Financial Processing team, with involvement in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing.


Tasks will include the following:


  • Daily upload and reconciliation of credit card payments and refunds
  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Individual invoice preparation and posting
  • Consolidated invoice preparation and uploads
  • PDQ transaction matching
  • Other ad-hoc support to the finance team as and when required



Experience necessary:

This opportunity will suit candidates from a financial services background where you are currently completing elements of the above. In return you will work in a great team environment, with a number of company benefits and excellent avenues to progress.

The salary for the role is between £18,000 – £20,000
