My client is a well-established global firm based in Leeds City Centre. Boasting an excellent international reputation, they are looking for a Billing Administrator to join their Finance Team.

The role will support the company’s biggest billing clients and will support in billing and client reporting. The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience working in some kind of Finance role, whether that is Credit Control, Invoicing, Billing, MI, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant etc.

Duties for a Billing Administrator will include:

  • Ensure all client billing information is correctly onto the systems to maintain up to date client information
  • Manage billing queries coming through the central inbox
  • Report on which clients can be billed based against client requirements
  • Carry out disbursement validations
  • Resolve any billing rejections
  • Carry out accruals on client accounts
  • Creating MI reports for to assist the Finance Managers

Personal Specification for a Billing Administrator will include:

  • Confident using various IT systems including Excel
  • Have 12 months + experience in a finance related position
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to build relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders

Salary for this role will be £18,000 – £20,000
