I am currently recruiting for an exciting and ambitious Travel Company based in Manchester. They are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator, ideally someone who is bright, proactive and has experience of reconciling payments in a high volume environment.
This role sits within the Financial Processing team, with involvement in Accounts Payable processing.
Tasks will include the following:
- Daily upload and reconciliation of credit card payments and refunds
- Posting supplier invoices
- Obtaining UK VAT hotel invoices
- Individual invoice preparation and posting
- Consolidated invoice preparation and uploads
- PDQ transaction matching
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Team and to the Director of Finance
- Other ad-hoc support to the finance team as and when required

The salary for the role is up to £19,000
