Qualification and Study Support
To assist the buying function with operation support and provide customer service for the buying group.
Products - Range
New products set up within the system all fields are completed correctly including dimensions, bar code and pricing as directed by the buyer.
Supplier new line forms are completed and Hi Res image is available.
Updating system with weekly price changes
Ensure all products ranged are set up on System all price changes are updated and in line with company policy.
Print basic range catalogue check all price changes are correct and issue PDF file on the portal each week.
Action discontinued product as directed by the buyer.
Stock Management
Raise orders on system as directed by the buyer.
Fax/email copy orders to the supplier.
Chase outstanding orders to ensure suppliers meet the due date and feedback any delays to the buyer.
Failed orders update System with revised due date.
Liaise with warehouse team to ensure products are received at the required time.
File completed orders.
Cancel order balances as directed by the buyer.
General
Printing weekly Sales and Stock valuation reports.
Printing weekly Sales Stock Analysis reports.
Booking meeting rooms and travel/accommodation.
Customer Service - NFIF
Print and raise NFIF store orders on the system and email detail to warehouse.
Customer Service Dept Stores
Raise special orders as required.
Deal with Store queries home delivery issues, connections, amended orders, cancelled orders, change of delivery detail and rearrange deliveries.
Answer stock availability issues
Action emails
Action back orders defail orders and allocated held orders.
Customer Service
Raise orders as necessary
Raise special orders with supplier
Arrange exchanges
Answer email/phone queries change delivery detail, amend orders order cancellation.
You must have fantastic attention to detail, amazing administration skills and a want to progress a career within buying.
CIPS qualifications would be an advantage.
