Job Description
Working as part of a team the main purpose of your role is to call potential customers to organise meetings for your Field Sales Representative. You will work in partnership with your sales person on a one to one basis where relationship building is key.
It is essential that all calls and correspondence are handled with the utmost professionalism
Liasising with clients to organise meetings and ensuring that they are all entered into the diary system accurately
Contacting clients to confirm and amend meetings
Following up on all leads
Maintaining and evaluating feedback from clients
Following up on web enquiries
Working towards targets to achieve bonuses
Person Specification
Previous B2B customer sales is essential
Working towards and exceeding sales targets must be demonstrable
