Our client is an organistation that offers a professional service to the property industry. They are prestigious, long standing and well respected in their field.
Duties will be varied and include:
•The management of office files, including reviewing and developing the file classification systems and physical arrangements in the office
•Maintaining, updating and developing the company databases,
•Purchasing and management of office stocks and stationery
•Everyday management of office equipment
•Provision of word processing and spreadsheet services as required by the team, including reports, bills of quantities, etc.
•Telephone answering and screening of calls made to the practice and reception duties for visitors
•Management of diary and incoming and outgoing post, faxes and emails.
Successful candidates must have experience in a Property related organisation and have a fast and accurate typing speed.
