About Gibson Hollyhomes

Who are we?

We founded Gibson Hollyhomes as directors who have achieved success individually within national recruitment agencies.  We have worked our way up from Consultants to Business Managers, National Account Managers and Regional Directors. 

After 10 years in recruitment we realised that the industry had changed so much since we embarked on our careers that many of the enjoyable aspects had disappeared for one reason or another.  It has become so large and commercial that as recruiters we were no longer able to build effective and lasting relationships with our candidates and clients.  Another issue was staff retention, meaning that our clients had to speak to a different consultant every time they called.  This meant that they were dealing with a stranger giving them no peace of mind that they would deliver effective results

With this in mind, we decided to establish a company that allowed us to go back to basics, to capture what we once enjoyed about recruitment. Gibson Hollyhomes was launched.

What makes us unique?

We will not compete with big brands and sign ourselves up to large PSLs that we can't service.  Our aim is to stay niche.

• We want you to know that when you call, you will be talking to the people that you dealt with last time. 
  
• We promise you that you will always be able to call and speak to one of the directors. 
• We want to make finding staff or a new job a positive experience that you can have faith in.

We will not try and make a square peg fit a round hole.
